Welcome to Capital Connoisseur Cars.  We are proud to offer a truly unique and unmatched selection of timeless automobiles perfect for a weekend getaway, just right for your special occasion and truly ideal as a surprise gift for that classic car lover.  Our collection of vintage sports cars, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles are also available for photo shoots, movie productions or as the centerpiece for any special event. We opened our virtual doors in 2008 renting cars to just family and friends in south central PA. And luckily for all you sports car enthusiasts, for 2009 we were able to secure an insurance policy that allows us to broaden our offerings and the locations where we can deliver our classic sports cars.  So starting in 2009, along with the wonderful countyside around Gettysburg and Waynesboro, PA, we can also deliver our cars to most locations in the Washington, DC Metro area as well. I can't imagine a better way to tour our nation's capital than in a classic sports car!

At Capital Connoisseur Cars we've gone the extra mile to ensure all of our classic cars are mechanically better and more reliable than when new. Granted, these cars are quirky, its part of their appeal, but breaking down is never fun. So each and every car has been gone over from top to bottom and updated every way practical. A car doesn't enter the fleet until Beth, our enthusiastic test pilot, gives it her unequivocal thumbs up. As an added benefit, all Capital Connoisseur Cars come with totally free roadside assistance!

By now you've likely figured out that we're not like the national chains. By their thinking you'd have to be a nut to want to deal with these cars. Yes, a car nut! And as such we do have a few policies and procedures unique to our operation that we'll help you become acquainted with. To ensure you have all the necessary information at hand we've posted our registration forms, our policies and procedures, FAQs and any related information to the website. We do not specialize in exotic cars for rent, though if you take a look through our offerings we do have several exotic cars available for rent in our fleet. If that's what you really want just let us know and we'll be glad to put you in contact with several outfits that cater to bling cars.  We also don't specialize in chauffeured limosines for weddings or other special events. While we take great pride in offering an amazing array of classic cars for rent, we realize we can always do better. That's why we are currently searching for a Ser II Jaguar E-type convertible!  But if there is anything else missing from our fleet that you would like to see added by all means send us your suggestion!
